This Privacy Policy describes how Wholesale Harry (“Wholesale Harry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, sign up for our waitlist, create an account, or use the Wholesale Harry service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, create an account, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, state of operation, and any information you include in messages to us. When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects billing information on our behalf; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Information from your use of the Service. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including the lead texts we send you, the outcome replies you send back (for example, CONTRACT, CALLBACK, PASS, or DEAD), device and browser metadata, IP address, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.

Information from third parties. We build leads from public records, county data, and third-party data providers. We also receive information from analytics, advertising, and messaging vendors that help us operate the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • deliver scored leads and deal briefs to your phone by SMS;
  • process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud;
  • respond to your questions, support requests, and feedback;
  • understand how the Service is used and improve Harry’s scoring, content, and features;
  • send you transactional messages about your account and, where permitted, marketing messages about Wholesale Harry that you can opt out of; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. SMS Messaging Consent

By providing your mobile number and signing up for the Service, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Wholesale Harry related to your account and leads at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described in this Policy:

  • Service providers. With vendors that help us run the Service, such as SMS delivery, hosting, payment processing, customer support, email, and analytics. These vendors are bound by contract to use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wholesale Harry, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred to a successor entity.
  • Aggregated or de-identified data. We may share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We and our vendors use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember you, understand how the Service is used, and measure marketing effectiveness. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Service may not function properly without them. We may use tools such as Google Analytics; those tools have their own privacy practices.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it.

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. You can opt out of lead-related SMS by replying STOP to any Harry text.

9. California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (“CCPA”) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to delete that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of “sales” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. 10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it.

11. International Users

Wholesale Harry is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
